Return Policy
All returns must be made within 30 days of customer purchase.
Pillowise does not provide any prepaid shipping labels and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Bridlewood Chiropractic is not responsible for returning your pillow for you; therefore, you may return/ship your pillow using the mail carrier of your choice. Please advise your doctor’s clinic if you wish to return/exchange your pillow so they may then provide you with the order information that is required for your return.
Please allow 5-7 business days after your return is received for the return to be processed. This time frame also includes exchanges. You will receive a full refund through the original form of payment for your Pillowise pillow, excluding any return shipping charges. We will alert the clinic once a return is received so that the clinic may process your refund.
