Patients with insurance
We are in network with all forms of Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare insurances, including UMR and All Savers. Unfortunately we are not in contract with Medicare. We attempt to take out as much of the “insurance hassle” as possible for you and we will do our best to verify your insurance benefits. Please remember, however, that the benefits quoted to us by your insurance company are not a guarantee of payment. After your visit we will file your insurance claim and await payment from your insurance carrier that can take as long as 90 days. You will be responsible for any non-covered services, deductibles or copays designated by your insurance provider. If you have any questions at all regarding your financial responsibilities at our office, please do not hesitate to ask
Patients without insurance
An increasing number of patients do not have insurance or have plans with limited coverage not
including chiropractic care. Therefore, we offer affordable private pay care so those patients
may receive complete care without undue financial difficulty. We are always happy to accept
cash, your personal check, or credit card.
